Aloe Vera Juice for Healing InflammationHi all, Linsy here! Today I want to talk to you about one of my go-to products, George’s “Always Active’ Aloe Vera Juice! This aloe vera juice helps me maintain lower levels of inflammation and soothes my GI tract throughout the night. I actually really love this aloe because for years I looked for a product that wouldn’t give me diarrhea – and this one is it!

It’s also great for helping to soothe ulcers, irritable bowel, chronic constipation, chronic heartburn, acid reflux, and more.

Perhaps you’ve tried consuming aloe vera before and found it caused diarrhea or irritated your gut? This is probably because the brand of aloe you consumed contained preservatives. Or, it still contained the irritating laxative components of the aloe leaf.

Aloe vera juice must have no preservatives. It should taste pretty much like water and have all the irritating and laxative components completely removed. This is why George’s Aloe Vera is not thick or greenish in color.

This aloe juice is useful for mild heartburn, healing ulceration, stopping mild bleeding, and helping to restore the intestinal wall and lining. For years Jini took 1/4 cup daily as maintenance.George's Aloe Vera Juice

I still use it to this day for any upper GI distress! Before bed each night I like to enjoy my mucosal healing tea which contains this lovely aloe plus other gut-healing ingredients. Here is my recipe for that tea so you can try it yourself.

Aloe has some antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties, so I like to use this as maintenance to keep my microbiome balanced, in case there is an unbalance with any pathogens. This is a great product you can use daily to help with these issues!

This aloe vera juice is best to drink on an empty stomach. You can combine aloe vera with other gut mucosal healing products, but make sure to take 2 hours away from probiotics.
