Jini asked me to post her letter, since you’ll be hearing a lot more from me over the next few months… We all know how much Jini stresses the importance of balancing the mind/body/spirit to come into wholeness. Well, I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to work with someone who actually walks their talk. So, without further ado, here is a special message from Jini to all of us:
As someone who preaches the importance of body/mind/spirit – I have decided to practice what I preach! I will be taking a Sabbatical from all work and commitments.
I am taking a much needed rest after coming through a crazy-intense time of the mind/body/spirit interface and messaging system – and that message for me is to take a long-overdue break… to pretty much do nothing for a while!
My beautiful daughter helped me realize that whilst my mind/soul derives tremendous joy from creating books, products, courses, blog posts and videos, and assisting others with their healing journeys, what my body requires now is peace.
Knowing me, this is not going to be easy!! So I have appointed my daughter Zara as my Peace-Accountability Monitor and I look forward to being unsettled, unsure, and ultimately transformed by this interlude of abstinence from public life and meaningful work – and then we will reassess.
“The definition of sabbatical is relating to the Sabbath or bringing a time of rest in regular cycles.”
Until then, my assistant Savannah will be taking over a lot of tasks in my absence – though you will also see posts from me ongoing as I have left a number of posts/articles/videos queued up and ready to publish 😉
Thankfully, I have a wonderful team who can handle everything and continue to provide assistance to my readers/viewers – so I leave you in good hands until I return.
Namaste. 🙏 – Jini
And in case anyone is wondering, no, Jini is not ill or injured in any way. She and her family are just fine. If you want a clear example of how the body can message us (bringing messages from our soul or higher self), then check out this earlier post from Jini.
I think we should all take this opportunity to pause for a few minutes – or perhaps during meditation or yoga class today – and allow ourselves to sink into our body’s deepest desire… what is our body longing for, that perhaps we have been ignoring?
