Unfortunately, we can’t tell you the osmolarity rating of Absorb Plus as we have not had it analyzed for that. However, we can tell you that maltodextrin (a major component of Absorb Plus) tends to absorb a lot of water so we expect the osmolarity rating of Absorb Plus would be high.
Hence we advise people to drink an extra glass of spring or filtered water between shakes if you’re drinking several or more per day.
