Question: Is it absolutely necessary to take MucosaCalm on an empty stomach?
Answer: Yes, it is. The herbal ingredients in MucosaCalm have to go straight to the intestinal lining, uninterrupted by the digestive process in order to be really effective.
You can, however, combine MucosaCalm with other herbs or supplements designed to be taken on an empty stomach, which have a similar healing goal, like: aloe vera, L-glutamine, etc.
Do not take it together with probiotics though, as probiotics are best taken away from herbs (since many have antibacterial properties).
