The raw materials are both Kosher and Halal. The final product is technically not, since we do not carry either certification for the manufacturing facility. The issue is that we do not own the manufacturing facility and one major requirement of the certification is that non-Kosher/Halal products are not to be produced in the same building with the same equipment. If we were to produce the product in a facility that carried a Kosher and/or Halal certification it would push the cost of the product to a level that would be prohibitively expensive for people who do not require the product to be Kosher or Halal in order to consume it.
