A Healing Story That Began With One Instruction: Breathe
This video encapsulates the phenomena of connecting to God Creator Source and how that can come through your own body. Dr. Espen Wold-Jensen was dying of a widespread infection, he’d been on intravenous antibiotics for over a year, and his doctor told him he had to amputate his leg or he would die of sepsis.
Creator Source came through and spoke to him and told him to go home and BREATHE. So he took out his IV and left the hospital and did exactly that. Within 3.5 weeks he was completely healed – zero infection left in his body.
Will Nose Breathing – Mewing – Heal You?
Do I think that breathing deeply and properly (through the nose) will heal you? I think it’s a cornerstone for health, but the healing was unique to him. A gift or pathway opened up from the Divine to connect him with his soul again, to realize the capacity for healing he could access with divine help. Your pathway may be different.
I taught myself how to breathe through my nose over a decade ago, after a myofunctional therapist taught me how to do what is now popularly referred to as mewing. It is fantastic and I highly encourage you to learn to breathe this way at night, which will automatically transfer into your daytime default breathing too.
I hope you take the time to watch this video as there are many great nuggets in here that are both illuminating and, if you put them into practice, transformative. I’m going to list some of the quotes from Dr. Espen below, but you really have to watch the video to understand what he’s talking about and why.
“This is a growth-based Universe, not a comfort-based one.”
Thoughts are the language of the mind (masculine).
Emotions are the language of the body (feminine).
We are electromagnetic beings.
The electric is the thought.
The magnetic is the emotion.
Breathing for Healing Is a Cornerstone, Not a Formula
So let’s say we want to manifest healing. We say (mind, intention, masculine), ‘My body is healed.’ That’s great, that creates the first point of manifestation. But most people cannot match the thought/intention with the appropriate sustained emotion (feminine, magnetic).
So the thought is: I have a healthy body. But the feeling is: I don’t love my body, I don’t respect my body, I don’t trust my body, I’m not really in touch with my body.
That’s the feeling/emotion. Most people don’t know that because it’s subconscious; the unconscious mind is the body.
So then the thought is: I’m healed. But the emotion is: I don’t think I can heal, I don’t feel connected. You can change the emotion by getting into the body.”
My body is speaking – what is it saying?
We need to bring the unconscious into conscious awareness. How do we do this? By using powerful mind/body healing tools like Somatic Experiencing, hypnotherapy, craniosacral (at Level 2 or higher), EFT or Lazer Tapping.
Thought (intention) + emotion = Manifestation
“We don’t manifest what we want, we manifest what we are vibrationally.”
– Wayne Dyer
Thoughts, Emotions, and the Body: Why Healing Requires All Three
We manifest what we are able to become and sustain vibrationally (emotion). I am on a journey right now to really delve deeply into feeling the emotions of each of my organs. Starting with my colon, of course. In the last 4 years of extreme stress, challenge, abuse, death, moving house, I have not done a good job of listening to my gut!
I have said to my colon, “You need to just hold everything together and not give me any problems. I’m barely holding on here and I can’t take anything else. I’m giving you what you need, so just bear down and help us out.”
And my colon did as I asked while taking all the damage into itself. Until my life crises were over and my husband returned from the UK (he’d been supporting our youngest pursue his soccer dreams/opportunities, as we’d agreed was necessary). And then my colon could hold it no longer and launched us into a health crisis.
So as part of my healing, I’ve become aware that I’m really good at listening to guidance from my body, but dismal at tuning into and listening to it’s emotional reality. And as you can see in the video and quoted content above, our EMOTIONS are primary in determining our reality!
I’ve started by simply placing my hand on each organ and speaking out loud, “I feel…” And trusting whatever comes through. It doesn’t even matter if I’m right, because by doing/practicing I am opening the pathway to become good at this, to eventually be able to hear/feel accurately.
If This Feels Scary or Uncomfortable, You’re Not Doing It Wrong
If you have resistance to doing this practice, that’s okay! It can be quite scary to be willing to listen to the emotional feeling of parts of our body; especially those that are struggling or in pain. Acknowledge your fear, your resistance… and then do it anyway. Maybe start with an easier body part or organ first.
One night I was snuggling with my husband Ian, and I put my hand on my colon to see what it was feeling. My colon’s emotions were about my husband and as I said out loud, “I feel…” my brain (thoughts – masculine) was shocked. I would never say that to Ian! But Ian received it well as my colon spoke the truth.
I could write so much more about this topic, but I’ll leave it there for now. Just watch the video and soak it in. And let’s keep moving onward and upward!
