What to Pack in a Medicine Bag?
My 16-year-old son Hugo heads off to the UK to play soccer (football!) for a few months, possibly longer.
So what did I pack in his medicine bag to keep him healthy, energized, and ready for anything?
This natural first aid kit includes daily immune support, injury care, and emergency remedies for everything from sore muscles to stings, scrapes, or gut bugs — and yes, even nail clippers and gauze pads.
