In Issue #4 of Good Health Is Real Wealth, I write about my brand new healing protocol. I don’t have an official name for it yet – but it is an alternative to The IBD Remission Diet.

This brand new healing protocol utilizes a number of key substances and processes to heal a wide variety of diseases, flush out toxins and take your health to the next level of vibrancy. It’s a protocol that builds upon the Raw Milk Cure I explored in the first issue of Good Health Is Real Wealth.

The four steps of the protocol combine:

  • the benefits of an elemental diet
  • a raw juice nutrient infusion and detox
  • specific herbs to support the endocrine system and major organs of detoxification and circulation.

As many of you know, purchasing the Absorb Plus shakes to go on The IBD Remission Diet can be expensive. This new protocol uses raw milk (unpasteurized, from pasture-fed cows only) in place of the Absorb Plus and thus is much cheaper.

The drawback is that raw milk is not as pre-digested as Absorb Plus and it contains the milk protein casein – however, raw milk also contains good bacteria and live enzymes to help you digest these components. So, like anything, the only way is to test it and see.

Of course, from a holistic health point of view, I much prefer the raw milk elemental diet, since it’s using a whole, unprocessed food source. But, if you’re digestive system is so compromised that you can’t deal with it, then you’ll need to go for the Absorb Plus shakes inititally. But hopefully, before too long, you can switch over to raw milk.

Anyway, it’s all experimental at this point. So please join with me in the experiment!

New Healing Protocol – Raw Milk Cure & Detox

  • Hi,
I am just about to take on the Elemental diet and with the cost of the absorb plus (my estimated amount of 42 bottles) plus the $4oo postage to UK, makes it very difficult financially as I am unable to work. Would it be possible to combine the Raw milk diet with the absorb plus to spread out the cost.
Do you have any idea how many calories are contained in the Raw milk and how much protein would be accessible..

  • Hi Dave,

The number of calories depends on what breed of cows the milk is from. For example, Jersey cows provide the highest fat content and therefore the highest number of calories per cup.

Best is to contact your farmer and find out what breed(s) he has and then do a Google search for the calorie/protein info – unless the farmer already knows. If he’s selling his raw milk commercially, he will already have that information (most likely on the label).

One of my private consult clients in the UK combined raw milk with Absorb Plus for her son and it worked well for his healing.

Make sure you make the bone broths from scratch though, as that’s really important for the healing too. For exactly why, see this article:

all the best and let us know how it goes!

  • Hi jini,

I have just came out of a ulcerative collitis flare up which was caused by myself trying to deadlift too much weight in the gym. My family was worried and sent me to hospital where I reluctantly received steriods IV.
I am now back home and now have been given the time off work; perfect to go on the remission diet using mainly raw jersey milk and some absorb plus.
The problem is that i do not have the time to do the wild oregano oil protocol first.
Do you think it would still be beneficial for myself to do the diet skipping the oregano oil protocol and possibly do it at a later date?
Also if i go on the raw milk diet, will i still have to add the carbohydrates, the coQ10, the pyconogenol, the vit-c and the bioflavonoids to milk/shakes?

Also, thankyou for all your books and guidance, they have been life changing!

    1. Hi James, you can do Jini’s Wild Oregano Oil Protocol at the same time as the diet. You don’t have to wait until later and if you want to maximize your healing, I would do them together. With raw milk you don’t have to add the carbs, but I would still add the supplements if it were me.

  • Hello! I have just recently been learning about the benefits of RAW milk so i was really excited to see your article about this (though it’s an older article so hopefully still relevant).

Question I had is if someone is dealing w/ a pathogen infection in the gut (ie. fungus/parasites) can a RAW milk diet potentially feed the bad guys?

Is it any better or more effective to take the RAW milk and make 24 hour yogurt w/ it instead? And same question, would that be any better/worse for someone w/ a fungal/parasite type infection in the gut? Again, trying to go for a net positive, so i realize maybe it feeds the bad guys a little but you’ll benefit the good guys more, so you’re ok. etc…

Thanks so much for sharing this information!!
